Therapeutic Exercises are an integral part of most physical rehabilitation programs. They pertain to systematic performance of bodily movements or physical activities intended to provide the client with the means to remediate, or prevent impairments, improve or restore physical function, prevent and reduce health related risk factors, and optimize overall fitness. Performance of therapeutic exercises may also include the use of Virtual Rehabilitation and other special equipment such as the Core-TexTM.
The Core-TexTM is a reactive multi-dimensional training device that is specially used for Physical Therapy. Its patented ability to tilt, translate, and rotate can be applied to all stages of the rehab and pre/post-rehab continuum.
Virtual Rehabilitation is an integration of therapeutic exercises and interactive simulated games.
